About Me

My name is Seth Cargiuolo, and I’ve been operating this consultancy since 2011.

I started this business originally because friends and acquaintances needed help with marketing, but couldn’t afford to retain the firms or agencies I worked for.

Running campaigns was fun, but I’ve always been most fascinated with data, what it can tell us, and how to ensure that it’s clean, organized, useful, and most importantly, trustworthy.

Clients began hiring me more and more for help with understanding data and translating it into actionable intelligence for better decision-making.

What began as a side practice gradually grew through referrals and repeat clients, and in May 2025 I made the decision to focus on consulting full time.

I have over 25 years of marketing experience, primarily in lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention for both B2C and B2B brands.

I’ve run hundreds of campaigns and managed millions of dollars of marketing spend.

Since about 2014, I’ve been far more interested in systems, data movement, analytics, and separating signal from noise than I ever was in campaign mechanics. Over time, my work naturally evolved in that direction.

I once fancied myself a novelist, but I recovered quickly.

A long, long time ago, I was a bouncer and bartender at the best nightclub in Boston.
